Studio Owner Roy always envisioned owning a space that would offer the comforts of home but still be functional as a recording studio. The ideal place would be a perfect place for his own little ones to explore sounds and music in. In 2020, when the trend of "working from home" started he decided, what better place to feel at home then to build the studio inside his own home? The LittlePlayHouse was born out of that vision.

Our home studio offers recording, mixing and mastering services for local artists. We specialize in recording full bands and are experienced in recording any genre, from rock to pop and anywhere in between. With our mix of digital and analog recording, our hybrid studio offers a live room, control room, mixing room and isolation booth available for use and when not recording, there is a small lounge for clients to wind down in.
Roy Yuen
Roy is a producer, audio engineer and multi-instrumentalist who has over 15 years of experience. His beginning as a musician led him to have an interest in being an audio engineer. He graduated from the Art Institute of Vancouver's (now LaSalle College Vancouver) Professional Recording program in 2008. He has helped record for local and overseas artists and has experience recording commercials, live events and doing live sound engineering. This studio has been Roy's lifelong dream and he hopes to be able to offer a relaxed home studio for clients and friends to record in.
Hong Chan
Hong Chan（陳永康）is a music producer, post-production mixer, main vocalist, harmony vocalist. Best known as the lead guitarist of the band, Yellow! (野佬), and the main vocalist and guitarist of the band After10. He has earned significant acclaim on the ViuTV music chart in Hong Kong. He has made significant contributions to the production of commercial music, working with well known brands like Starbucks, Bank of China, Prudential Insurance, Klook, Wilson Comm, Hada Labo, and Sasa Cosmetics.
Hong is also the co-founder of a multimedia creative studio "CoverDog", a multimedia creative powerhouse known for their innovative approach to visual storytelling, specializing in the production of videos, music, dramas, live performances with various famous artists. He has now expanded his productions to Taiwan, Singapore and Canada, collaborating with musicians all over the world on CoverDog’s youtube channel. His wide-ranging music production spans genres such as rock, funk, soul, and R&B.
